Mountains restaurant

The Chalet Hôtel Le Collet is also a restaurant open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as every evening, all year round (except for annual holidays). Here, the pleasure of the eyes joins that of the taste buds and giving in to greed is not a sin. Olivier Lapôtre, the chef-owner of the establishment, is driven by his passion for his region: the Vosges which is full of natural riches. The Vosges is a land of mountains, forests, plains and water, and is full of culinary specialities.

Every day, Olivier Lapôtre strives to highlight them in a simple but subtle cuisine, in a plate that is as beautiful to eat as it is to savour. From the Amuse-bouche to the pouce-café, the meal is a real celebration. The fruit, jams, honeys and brandies have the flavours and aromas of the mountains... as does the décor of the dining rooms which recalls the warm atmosphere of our grandmothers' kitchens: wood stove, coal bucket, salt box, water jug...

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
