Olivier Lapôtre, the owner of the Chalet, is animated by his passion for his terroir: the Vosges which conceal natural riches. At the same time country of mountain, forest, plain and water, the Vosges are full of culinary specialties.
Every day, Olivier Lapôtre cook a simple but subtle cuisine, in a plate as beautiful to crunch as to taste. From amuse-bouche to coffee, the meal is a real party. Fruits, jams, honeys, eaux-de-vie have the flavors and aromas of the mountains ... as well as the decor of the dining rooms which recalls the warm atmosphere of our grandmothers' kitchens: wood stove , Coal bucket, salt box, water jug .
